Platform Self Serve Guide

Login With Invitation Email

This section provides information on how to login to an Issuer Account after an invitation email has been sent. If you have not received an invitation email, please reach out to your Issuance Client Operations contact.

Login with Email and Password

1. Login Page

Open your invitation email to create an Issuer Account and click on the invitation link

Clicking or using the emailed link will bring you to the page.

You must use your invitation link to login for the first time.

After you have created an Issuer Account, you can navigate to the page.

2. Password

Click the Password field. Type in a secure password.

Passwords for accounts on the Issuance platform must contain 8 at least characters.

3. Creation

There you can manage your Issuer Account and your Issuer Profile.

If you have not yet set up an Issuer Profile, please continue to the next section.


Login with Single Sign On

1. Login Page

Open your emailed invitation to create an Issuer Account and click on the invitation link.

2. Email service provider

Scroll down and click on the email service provider where you received an invitation.

This will open a new page or a pop-up where you can use single sign-on authentication.

In this example, Google is selected.

3. Select account

You will be given the opportunity to either enter in your login credentials or select from a logged-in account.

Use or select the email address where you received an invitation.

Issuer Onboarding

This section provides information on how proceed with the Issuer Onboarding process after the creation of your Issuer Account.

If your company already has an existing Issuer Profile and it is not connected to your account, please contact an Issuance Client Operations contact for assistance.

On the following pages, we will collect the necessary information to get you onboarded. Please have readily available your company's tax ID number and the tax ID number for any anyone with >25% ownership. When completing the forms, please use the FULL LEGAL NAME for all entries.

Enter your full name and email address to continue.

1. Enter your full name

This is your legal full name as it appears on your identification.

2. Enter your email address

This is our email address that is associated with your company.

3. Click "Continue"

Issuer Details

1. Click the "Contact Person" field.

Type in the full legal name of the designated company contact. This is typically the CEO or CFO, but can be anyone in the company.

2. Click the "Company Phone" field.

Type the company's phone number. This phone number is will be used by Issuance in the event we need to contact the issuer company.

3. Click the "Company Name" field.

Type the full legal name of the company. Doing business as, or DBA, names are not allowed.

4. Click the "Year of formation" field.

Type the year the company was legally formed.

5. Click the "Country of formation" field.

Click on the country where the company was legally formed.

6. Click the "State of formation", "Province of formation", or "Region" field.

Select or type the state, province, or region where the company was legally formed.

7. Click the "EIN" or "Tax ID Number" field.

Type the company's EIN or Tax ID number.

8. Click the "Business URL" field.

Type in the URL of your your offering's landing page or the main website for the business. This must begin with https:// or http://.

9. Click "Continue"

Issuer Address

1. Click the "Street Address" field.

Type the company's legal street address, e.g., the company headquarters or an office space.

2. If applicable, click the "Suite or Unit #" field.

Type the suite or unit # of the company's legal address. Enter only if applicable.

3. Click the "City" field.

Type the city of the company's legal address.

4. Click the "Country" field.

Select the country of the company's legal address.

5. Click the "Postal Code" field.

Type the postal code of the company's legal address.

6. Click "Continue"

Invite Teammates

Here you have the opportunity to invite teammates manage the offering. You can also do this at any time once the offering is created.

1. Click "Invite"

To invite a teammate, press on the button labeled "Invite".

2. Enter their email

Enter your teammates email in the email entry form.

3. Select their role

4. Click "Add User"

This action will send an invitation email to your teammate to join your Issuer Profile.

5. Click "Continue"

Once your teammates have been added, click "Continue" to proceed. If no teammates were added, click "Skip" to proceed.

Onboarding Dashboard

This section provides information on how to continue with the Onboarding Process.

Offering Creation

Click on the Offering Creation button

You will be taken to the Offering Creation page.

Please click on the appropriate offering type below for documentation of that offering type.

After you have finished creating an offering, please return to this section for further guidance.

Beneficial Owners

This section provides the definitions of each field this is required to add a beneficial owner(s). If there is more than one beneficial owner, this process will have to be repeated until all beneficial owners have been added.

When all owners have been added, please click on the "All Owners Added" button to continue.

1. Click on the Beneficial Owners button

This will take you to Add Beneficial Owner(s) page.

First Name

This is the legal first name of the beneficial owner.

Last name

This is the legal last name of the beneficial owner.

Email

This is the email of the beneficial owner.

Phone

This is the phone number of the beneficial owner.

Date of Birth

This is the date of birth of the beneficial owner.

Tax ID Number

This is the tax ID number of the beneficial owner.

Citizenship

This is the citizenship of the beneficial owner. If the beneficial owner has more than one, please choose the most relevant citizenship.

Title

This is the corporate title of the beneficial owner.

Street Address

This is the street address of the beneficial owner's residence.

Suite or Unit

This is the suite or unit # of the beneficial owner's residence.

City

This is the city of the beneficial owner's residence.

Country

This is the country of the beneficial owner's residence.

State | Province | Region

This is the state, province, or region of the beneficial owner's residence.

Front of person's ID

This a photo of the front of the beneficial owner's government issued ID. If the owner is a resident of a country that is not the US, please use a photo of their passport.

Back of person's ID

This a photo of the back of the beneficial owner's government issued ID. If the owner is a resident of a country that is not the US, please use a photo of their passport.

Stripe Connect Setup

This section provides information about the Bank Account page.

Account Number

This is the account number of the company's bank account.

Confirm Account Number

This is to confirm the account number of the company's bank account.

Routing Number

This is the routing number of the company's bank account.

Bank Country

This is the country in which the company's bank account is held.

The following sections apply only to Reg CF offerings.

Escrow Bank Account

The following section provides information on adding an escrow bank account for a Reg CF offering.

Account Number

This is the account number of the company's escrow bank account.

Confirm Account Number

This is to confirm the account number of the company's escrow bank account.

Routing Number

This is the routing number of the company's escrow bank account.

Bank Name

This is the name of the bank that holds the company's escrow bank account.

Bank Street Address

This is the street of the mailing address of the company's escrow bank.

Optional Bank Suite or Unit

This is suite or unit # of the mailing address of the company's escrow bank.

Bank City

This is the city of the mailing address of the company's escrow bank.

Bank Country

This is the country of the mailing address of the company's escrow bank.

Bank State | Province | Region

This is the state, province, or region of the mailing address of the company's escrow bank.

Bank Postal Code

This is the postal code of the mailing address of the company's escrow bank.

Receiver Name

This is the name of the company's receiver.

Receiver Address

This is the street of the mailing address of the company's receiver

Optional Receiver or Unit

This is suite or unit # of the mailing address of the company's receiver.

Receiver City

This is the city of the mailing address of the company's receiver.

Receiver Country

This is country of the the mailing address of the company's receiver.

Receiver State | Province | Region

This is the state, province, or region of the mailing address of the company's receiver.

Receiver Postal Code

This is the postal code of the mailing address of the company's receiver.

Advertising & Communications Guidelines

The following section provides information on agreeing to the advertising and communcations guidelines.

Name and Signature

This is the legal full name of the company's contact that is signing the agreement.

Title

This is the corporate title of the company's contact this is signing the agreement.

Offering Settings

To configure a specific offering's settings, please follow these instructions. Please bear in mind that changes are not saved automatically and will only be saved by clicking on a button labeled "Update Offering".

  1. Find the offering in question and click "Offering Settings"

Please click on the appropriate offering type below for documentation of that offering type.

Click the "Continue" button to login and be taken to the .

Clicking or using the emailed link will bring you to the page. You must use the invitation link to sign in for the first time.

After you have created an Issuer Account, you can navigate to the page.

You will be taken be taken to the portion of the Issuance platform.

Choose their role. A list of roles and their functions can be found in the section of the documentation.
