Managing Issuer Accounts on an Issuer Profile
This section provides information on how to manage the team of an Issuer Profile.
Roles
There are three roles an individual Issuer Account can be assigned to on an Issuer Profile. Each Issuer Account can only be assigned one role to an individual Issuer Profile at a time.
Owner
There can be only one Owner per Issuer Profile at any time.
The account with this role cannot be removed from an Issuer Profile.
Can transfer the Owner role to another Issuer Account.
Can add, remove, and change the role of any Issuer Accounts on the Issuer Profile.
Has full access to the Issuer Profile and can create Offerings.
Can review, approve, accept, and cancel investments.
Can initiate payouts.
Admin
There can be multiple Admins per Issuer Profile.
Can add, remove, and change the role of any Issuer Accounts on the Issuer Profile except the Owner.
Has full access to the Issuer Profile and can create Offerings.
Can review, approve, accept, and cancel investments.
Can initiate payouts.
Billing Admin
There can be multiple Billing Admins per Issuer Profile.
Can add, remove, and change the role of any Issuer Accounts on the Issuer Profile except the Owner.
Has full access to the Issuer Profile and can create Offerings.
Can review, approve, accept, and cancel investments.
Can initiate payouts.
The following roles are not implemented as of this writing:
Manager
There can be multiple Managers per Issuer Profile.
Has full access to the Issuer Profile and can create Offerings.
Can review, approve, accept, and cancel investments.
Support
There can be multiple Supports per Issuer Profile.
Has full access to the Issuer Profile.
Marketing
There can be multiple Marketings per Issuer Profile.
Has limited access to the Issuer Profile. Only name, email, phone, and investment size details are viewable.
How to Add, Change the Role of, and Remove an Issuer Account
Navigating to the Issuers Page
Click on your company's Issuer Profile to expand the staff menu.
Adding Staff
To add staff, click the "Email" field and type in the email of the staff member you want to add.
Selecting a Role
Select the role you want the staff member to have from the dropdown menu.
As of this writing Manager, Support, and Marketing roles are not implemented.
If you want to set the role of the staff member as Billing Admin, you must first add them as an Admin. Once they are added, you can change their role.
Adding the Staff Member
Inviting the Staff Member
If the staff member's email account is not registered on Issuance.com, a confirmation window will appear. After sending the invitation, they will receive an email to create an account.
Changing Staff Roles
To change a staff member's role, click on the dropdown that has their current role and and select their new role. The process is automatic upon selection.
Removing Staff
Find the Staff Member to remove and click "Remove" to remove access. Once removed they will immediately lose access to the Issuer Profile.
