Changes to the Platform
This is a record of the changes we have made to the Issuance platform over time
February 4th, 2025
Issuers now have the ability to remove a payment method on the offering itself (e.g. Credit Card, ACH, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.).
Issuance has updated our login methods for returning investors to include a Magic Link, please see our note below for more information:
For select investments, investors can automatically be granted a refund if it has not been finalized.
January 7th, 2025
Offering Investor Submitted Documents are now included in the Compliance pack report
Anchor Tag to the Reg CF refund policy is now included in the disclosure document
The platform now allows investors to refund themselves for investments that are refundable
Individual tax IDs are now displayed for investment made through companies in their investment modals
Added an Issuer Crypto Fee
