# Offering Analytics

To view the analytics dashboard of any offering, please follow these instructions.

### Accessing the Analytics Dashboard <a href="#accessing-the-analytics-dashboard" id="accessing-the-analytics-dashboard"></a>

Navigate to the [Issuer Dashboard](https://invest.issuance.com/issuer/dashboard)

Click on the title of the offering whose analytics you want to view.

### Analytics Dashboard <a href="#analytics-dashboard" id="analytics-dashboard"></a>

Analytics are updated everyday at 11:59 PM US Pacific Time. They are displayed in two columns, Value, which is the total for the offering's history, and 7-Day, which is the percent change in the individual analytic over the past 7 days.

#### Traffic <a href="#traffic" id="traffic"></a>

This is the amount of individuals who have visited the offering page.

#### Country Breakdown <a href="#country-breakdown" id="country-breakdown"></a>

This is the breakdown of the countries investors have visited the offering page from.

#### New Investors <a href="#new-investors" id="new-investors"></a>

**Offering Page Signups**

This is the number of investors who created an account through the offering's URL.

**Investment Commitments**

This is the number of new investors who committed to investing after accessing the offering through your offering's URL.

#### Offering Performance <a href="#offering-performance" id="offering-performance"></a>

This is the investment funnel for the offering. It shows the amounts committed, amounts received, and the amounts invested.

**Total Amount Committed**

This is the amount of money committed to the offering.

**Number of Commitments**

This is the number of individual commitments made to the offering.

**Total Amount Received**

This is the amount of money the offering has received from investors.

**Number of Received Payments**

This is the amount of indivual payments the offering has received from investors.

**Total Amount Invested**

This is the amount of money the offering has received from finalized investments.

**Number of Finalized Investments**

This is the number of finalized investments the offering has received.

#### Payments <a href="#payments" id="payments"></a>

This is a breakdown of the payment methods used in investment commitments the offering.

**Card**

Investments commitments funded with a credit or debit card. This is further broken down by Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.

**ACH**

Investments commitments funded with an ACH transfer.

**Wire**

Investments commitments funded with a wire transfer.

#### Invesment Flow <a href="#invesment-flow" id="invesment-flow"></a>

This is a breakdown of the investment flow for the offering.

**Users Started Only Count**

This is a count of the number of users who started the investment process but did not complete it.

**Number Of Pending Payments**

This is a count of the number of investment payments that are pending.

**Investments Missing Signatures**

This is the count of the number of investment commitments that are missing signatures.

**Number of Finalized Investors**

This is the number of investors whose investments have been finalized.

**Investments Pending Closing**

This is the number of investments that have been funded but have not been finalized.

**Investors Pending KYC**

This is the number of investors who are pending KYC approval.

**Users Pending Approval Count**

This is the number of investors who are pending approval.

#### Common Investment Sizes <a href="#common-investment-sizes" id="common-investment-sizes"></a>

This is a breakdown of the most common investment sizes for the offering.

**Average Investment Size**

This is the average size of an investment in the offering. It is calculated by dividing the total amount invested by the number of individual investments.

**Minimum Investment Frequency**

This is the frequency of investments that are the minimum investment size.

#### Demographics <a href="#demographics" id="demographics"></a>

This is a breakdown of investors by their age information.

**18-35**

This is the number of investors who are between the ages of 18 and 35.

**36-65**

This is the number of investors who are between the ages of 36 and 65.

**65+**

This is the number of investors who are older than 65.

**Average Age**

This is the average age of investors in the offering.
